Description
Responsible Vendor means an ME or MTC that the Commission has determined to have completed the initial training requirements and has maintained its training requirement under the Commission’s regulations. Responsible Vendor Training (RVT) is mandatory. RVT programs are operated by education providers accredited by the Commission to provide an annual minimum of four hours of required training to Agents. All Agents involved in the handling and sale of Marijuana need to successfully complete a RVT
